Using the apps

You may install and use TheClock, TheReminderApp and Expense Tracker on your own devices for personal or business use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the apps, or remove their notices. Open-source components keep their own licences.

Alarms and reminders are not a safety system

Alarms, timers and reminders depend on your phone: its battery settings, Do Not Disturb, volume, permissions, software updates and the phone maker’s own restrictions can stop them. The apps help you check these settings, but we cannot promise that every alarm or reminder will ring. Do not rely on them alone for anything where a missed alert could cause harm, such as medication, travel connections or safety-critical tasks.

Expense Tracker is not financial advice

Expense Tracker records and totals the figures you enter. It does not give financial, tax or accounting advice, and its numbers are only as accurate as your entries and imports. Check important figures against your statements. Keep your own backups.

Your content and your backups

The data you enter is yours. You are responsible for keeping backups, for the security of any server you connect an app to, and for the password you choose for backups. If you lose that password, nobody, including us, can open the backup.

Availability and changes

The apps are in testing, and features, prices and requirements may change. Some features are planned as an optional paid upgrade; we will say clearly in the app and on its Google Play page what is free and what is not before you are charged.

No warranty, limited liability

The apps and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Tabpoint is not liable for lost data, missed alerts or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the apps. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
